  READING STYLE - INTUITIVE COUNSELING TECHNIQUES

During an initial one and half hour or a follow-up one hour session you will receive intuitive information about your healing path and process. Individually designed, concrete meditation and healing and visualization techniques will be shared with you to assist you with achieving your next steps.

My goal and focus with each client involves sharing simple and concrete healing techniques in an enjoyable and playful manner which supports and promotes that person's individual needs and empowerment within a safe and loving environment.

My work will enable you to tap into, listen to, and trust your body's knowledge and wisdom in order to cultivate a cooperative healing relationship between your body, mind and spirit

My work entails my expertise both as a Certified Nurse Midwife and an Intuitive. A session usually involves mutual goal setting for the session, a left brain physical assessment of what is happening or not for you and then an intuitive assessment.

I then work with you, to create individually tailored exercises in order for you to shift aspects that were identified with the assessment. I strive to use language, concepts and exercises which are simple, easy and concrete to understand.
